I was burning โฆ30,000 every day on fuel just to keep the shop open. Add the house generator on top of that and some months the fuel bill ate the profit. I had started to think: maybe I just sell the generator and accept the dark.
Then EGIS came. The shop runs on it. The house runs on it. I honestly can't believe this is a reality in Nigeria โ I keep looking for the catch. Everything works, the compound is quiet, and when I open the app on my phone I can see every panel, every battery, every watt.
What struck me most is the care. These are two directors who are steady on every detail. The way the cables were laid, the way the box was mounted, the way everything was labelled โ it's the kind of neat installation you see in a photograph of somewhere else, not something a Nigerian company did for a Nigerian in Nigeria. That is the kind of mind that built this. You can feel it.
I'm now actively looking for a buyer for the generator. I don't need it any more.
